Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by TentBox Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10243845), with its registered office at Roman House 39 Botley Road, North Baddesley, Southampton, England, SO52 9AE. Contact: support@tentbox.com.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility requirements (such as age or residency) will be specified in the individual giveaway post. Unless otherwise stated, giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom and European Union aged 18 years or over. Employees of TentBox, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with a giveaway are excluded from entry.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is free.

4. Entry Period

The opening and closing dates for each giveaway will be set out in the corresponding promotional post. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be valid.

5. Entry Requirements

The specific actions required to enter (for example, social media engagement or email sign-up) will be detailed in the giveaway post.

• If entry requires email sign-up, participants consent to receive marketing communications from TentBox. They may unsubscribe at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• If entry requires only social media actions (such as liking, following, sharing, or commenting), no marketing subscription will occur.

6. Prize Details

The nature, number, and value of the prize(s) will be specified in the giveaway post.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.
• TentBox reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a computerised selection process.
• Winners will be notified via the same channel used for entry (e.g. Instagram direct message or email) within 14 days of the closing date. TentBox will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, TentBox reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

8. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will normally be delivered or made available within 30 days of winner confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data supplied during the course of a giveaway will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Data will be used only as set out in TentBox’s Privacy Policy and for the administration of the giveaway.
• TentBox will never request payment or sensitive personal information via direct message.
• Entrants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data. Requests should be sent to support@tentbox.com.

10. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that if they win, TentBox may use their name, social media handle, and/or image for promotional purposes across social media, the TentBox website, and other marketing channels, without further compensation.

11. General Conditions

• TentBox accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical fault, network issue, or any other reason beyond its control.
• TentBox reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend a giveaway and these terms where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• TentBox’s decision in respect of all matters relating to a giveaway is final.

12. Platform Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, giveaways run on social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. By entering, participants release the relevant platform from any liability arising in connection with the giveaway.

13. Limitation of Liability

TentBox will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of entering a giveaway or accepting any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
