Delivery methods
TentBox roof tents
A TentBox is a large, heavy item so we send them on pallets. You will receive text and email notifications about the status of your delivery, and can change the delivery date to one that is convenient for you.
Accessories
All our accessory products are dispatched using a regular courier service and will arrive separately from your TentBox.
Enjoy free delivery on all accessories over €50. For accessories under €50, a €5 delivery charge applies.
Check your TentBox before accepting delivery
Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the TentBox itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can get it sorted as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Returns
In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your item/s to us for a refund. TentBox offer its customers a goodwill guarantee which is more generous than your legal rights by extending your cancellation period for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our terms and conditions for online sales for more information on your right to change your mind.
If you are returning a TentBox, we can arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner, and a collection cost of up to €200 will be deducted from your refund.
For other returns, you must arrange for the item/s to be sent back to our warehouse at your own cost.
If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been delivered or one that we're collecting from you, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We will refund you by the method you used for payment.
Exchanges
Exchanging a TentBox product may be possible. To exchange your TentBox roof tent or accessory, please contact us quoting your order number, and what items you're looking to exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, product must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of delivery.
