Germany, Netherlands and Austria: Usually 3-7 business days*. We use a 2-person delivery service provided by our delivery partner Rhenus Home Delivery. You are able to book a delivery day that works for you.
Important Shipping Information
Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the TentBox itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can get it sorted as soon as possible.
Please don’t make any campsite bookings prior to arrival of your TentBox.

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your TentBox to us for a refund.
Your TentBox must be in its original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner Rhenus Home Delivery. A collection cost of £50 will be deducted from your refund.
